MEMS 2D MICRO MIRRORS
1. Tunable filters
Sercalo 2D MEMS Mirrors are used to fabricate tunable filters. They can be actuated manually or through software, in two different angles (+/-α, +/-β) with analog controls.
2. Optical Assembly Error Correction
Sercalo 2D MEMS Mirrors can be used to correct deviation errors in the input beam. With this correction, the beam can always be adjusted in the first part of the assembly ensuring that all the optical equipment located behind will remain fixed so no recalibration or further adjustment are needed.
