Linear Actuation
The tilt angle is set linearly with the current.
Large Aperture
Large reflective surface of 16x11mm
Driver Ready
An EEPROM memory containing mechanical and electrical parameters is mounted on the device for easy current or voltage electronics.

The MM160110-2-15 MEMS mirrors are designed for static and dynamic beam steering. These dual-axes fine steering mirrors (FSM) with a large 16.0x11.0mm aperture are driven linearly with the current at a tilt angle up to +/-1.5°. Each device is calibrated for current or voltage driven solutions by a small memory that holds its main parameters like DC gain, resistance and resonance frequency.
