Linear Actuation
The tilt angle is set linearly with the current.
Low Voltage
Compared to traditional Electrostatic comb-driven mirror, magnetic technology rely on current. A 5V driver is enough to power the MM2536-2.
Driver Ready
An EEPROM memory containing mechanical and electrical parameters is mounted on the device for easy current or voltage electronics.

The MM2536-2 MEMS mirrors are designed for static and dynamic beam steering. These dual-axes mirrors with a 2.5x3.6mm aperture are driven linearly with the current at a tilt angle up to +/-5°. Each device is calibrated for current or voltage driven solutions by a small memory that hold its main parameters like DC gain, resistance and resonance frequency.

MM2536-2 MEMS mirrors are best suited in applications where small size and low power consumption are important.
